Q. How long does it take to recieve your order for office furniture once you have placed your order?
A. It depends on what you have ordered. Some products are in stock and can be shipped in 1-2 business days. Others need to be manufactured and shipped from other locations. Some items can take anywhere from 3-4 weeks and some even 6-8 weeks. Better to plan ahead and find out how long it will take for your item to arrive.

These shipping times are estimates and are subject to delays occasioned by strikes, accidents, transportation and/or other causes beyond BuyOfficeFurnishings.com's control

Q. I have a specific need and I will be requiring custom made furniture. Does BuyOfficeFurnishings.com supply custom office furniture made of laminates or wood veneers?
A. Yes we do. We have manufactures that can make anything you request. The only limitation is your imagination. Either supply us with a sketch or if you are able to explain to our staff what it is that you are looking for, we can turn your sketches into a 3 dimensional drawings. If the drawings are to your satisfaction, from there, we can create the custom creation using a wide variety of low and high pressure laminates or wood veneers.

Q. What are all the methods you can use to place an order with BuyOfficeFurnishings.com?
A. The best method for placing your order is online using our secure online ordering system. Your order will be promptly processed once you have filled in all the required information on our system. You will receive an acknowledgement email as soon as your order has been processed with an estimated time of delivery to your location.

Q. What types of payments are accepted by BuyOfficeFurnishings.com?
A. We accept Visa or Mastercard. If you would like to pay by certified cheque or money order you can mail us your payment and your order will be processed upon reciept of your payment.

Q. Do I have to pay sales tax?
A. There are no taxes payable to customers ordering from the United States. Canadian orders will be charged both PST (Provincial Sales Tax) and GST (Goods and Services Tax).

Q. Does BuyOfficeFurnishings.com have a warranty program for the furnishings they sell ?
A. Most of our manufacturers offer lengthy warranties on the product lines they offer. The warranties range from 5, 10, 20 years and even limited lifetime warranties available. If a warranty issue arises with a product we have sold, call our office, NOT the manufacturer. We will take the steps required to correct the situation.

Warranties are detailed in the written descriptions of each product.

Q. By what carriers are your products delivered?
A. Many of our items are shipped via UPS Ground. If the item is to large to be shipped via UPS, then a common ground carrier will be used. The shipping of each item will be to the front door or shipping door of your business or front door of your home.

Q. What is your return policy.
A. Once and item has been ordered and the the product has been shipped, we cannot stop the order and cannot be returned. Many of the items purchased at BuyOfficeFurnishings.com are manufactured on an "AS NEEDED" basis. The furniture you order is usually custom made to meet your specifications at no extra cost to you. Based on this, we cannot restock the product. We will accept returns for replacemant only based on manufacturer defect. The defect must be approved by a BuyOfficeFurnishings.com representative to be classified as an actual defect and for any and all monies to be reimbursed or product replaced. We will only accept a return if the return has been approved by BuyOfficeFurnishings.com prior to the return.

Q. What is BuyOfficeFurnishings.com cancellation policy?
A. If we are able to cancel your order before it is produced and/or shipped, there is no charge for the cancellation. If the product has be manufactured and is awaiting shipment, then the product cannot be restocked and the order cannot be cancelled. We ask that all cancellations are made via phone and are authorized by a BuyOfficeFurnishings.com representative.
